Social networking and instant messaging app Momo has enjoyed a good few weeks following strong first-quarter earnings and speculation that more Chinese companies could consider privatisation. However, even after the 6.77% decline last night, I believe the firm is still overvalued and have initiated a short position to capitalise on this overvaluation.
