China moves to devalue yuan

The People's Bank of China allowed the yuan to depreciate by nearly 2% against the U.S. dollar on Tuesday - its largest devaluation in two decades. The move was the result of a surprise policy change on how the PBOC will set its daily midpoint for the yuan.
