Crude Oil Weekly Technical Outlook

Crude oil's decline continued last week and breached 42.03 low. At this point, we'd stay cautious on bottoming around current level. Break of 45.34 resistance will bring strong rebound back towards 55 days EMA (now at 53.39). However, sustained break of 42.03 will confirm down trend resumption and target 40 psychological level next.
