Biotechnology ETF as a play in the fourth quarter

Biotechnology stocks as represented by the Nasdaq Biotechnology Index ETF (IBB:xnas) have been the best performing group for five years running.So far in 2015 the IBB ETF is outperforming the broader indices. While there is increasing risk of further losses in biotechnology stocks as a group through a six to nine-month lens, the prospects of a good-sized bounce in the fourth quarter are real.
