Precious-Gold dropped for a third straight session on Monday as the U.S. dollar resumed its rebound from seven-week low after buoyant U.S. data at the end of last week. The yellow metal hit a low of $1170.65 an ounce, while it currently trading at $1172.50, where it opened at $1176.30. Economic reports from the U.S. released at the end of last week signaled a better than forecast rise in consumer sentiment, drop in jobless claims and rise in core CPI.
