The usual sites of metastasis are inguinal nodes, retroperitoneal lymph nodes and lung. Herein, we describe a patient with mesothelioma of testis, who presented with paraneoplastic glomerulopathy and asymptomatic solitary mediastinal lymphadenopathy on serial computed tomography imaging after radical orchiectomy.
