COT: Traders cut bullish dollar bets by 1/4 ahead of FOMC

Money managers cut bullish dollar bets by 23% as of last Tuesday. This was two day prior to the FOMC meeting which yielded the first US rate hike in 9 years. The buying was concentrated around CHF JPY and to a minor extent EUR. Short bets on the AUD were cut despite the deteriorating outlook for commodities.
