Emerging markets ETF offers long-haul opportunity

We have long waited for emerging markets to show signs of recovering from the correction of the climb to the 2011 peak. We now see such a possibility and at least a short to medium-term bounce can be expected to occur soon. This creates a good risk/reward opportunity for a long position.
