In their Correspondence, Andreas Rimner and colleagues express concern that the conclusions of our study (SAKK 17/04)1 are not supported by data and that no general conclusions with regard to the benefit of hemithoracic radiotherapy after extrapleural pneumonectomy can be drawn.
